A respectful estate cleanout checklist for East Bay families

An estate cleanout is a series of small decisions made in a house that still feels like someone. Families in Hayward, Walnut Creek, and Oakland often start with one room because the whole house is too much. That is a wise way to begin. You do not owe the calendar a heroic weekend.
